Affiliate Terms

By joining the Dubai Academy Real Estate Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates start on 30% commission per course sale.
After 10 confirmed sales, commission increases to 40%.
After 30 confirmed sales, commission increases to 50%.
1 - 10 sales at 30% commission
11 - 30 sales at 40% commission
31+ sales at 50% commission
Commission is based on the final price paid by the customer, after any applied discount.

2. Discount Code Rules

Affiliates may offer a discount of up to 50% off the full course prices.
Affiliates are free to choose their own discount (between 0% and 50%).
Discount codes may only be changed once every 30 days.

3. Payment Terms

Commission is paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
Payments are made at the end of the following calendar month after a completed and confirmed sale.
Commissions are only paid on successful transactions that are not refunded or charged back.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or if a payment is reversed (e.g. via chargeback), the commission for that sale will be cancelled or deducted from future payouts.

5. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must not:

Make false or misleading claims about the course or its results.
Promote using spam, fake testimonials, or unethical tactics.
Impersonate Dubai Academy Real Estate or use the brand in misleading ad campaigns (e.g. Google Ads using our brand name).
Engage in self-referrals (i.e. purchasing through your own link to earn commission).
Use fake identities or fraudulent cards to trigger sales.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our program and genuine affiliates:

We actively monitor for suspicious activity, fake leads, and high refund rates.
Any confirmed fraud, including self-referrals, will result in immediate removal and forfeited earnings.

7. Branding & Marketing Guidelines

You may use our approved brand images, logos, and content.
Do not modify branding or create unofficial pages that mimic our website.
Ensure all promotions represent the brand professionally and honestly.

8. Affiliate Approval & Removal

All affiliate applications are subject to approval.
We reserve the right to remove affiliates who violate the terms or damage the reputation of Dubai Academy Real Estate.

9. Referral Commission

Eligibility:
Affiliates may earn a referral commission for introducing new affiliates to the program.

How It Works:

When a referred affiliate makes 5 course sales, the referrer earns £359.
When the referred affiliate reaches 10 course sales, the referrer earns an additional £359.
Referral commissions are paid only once per milestone for each referred affiliate.
Referral commissions are based on verified sales and are paid after the referred affiliate’s sales are confirmed.

Conditions:

Referrers must be active affiliates in good standing to be eligible.
Only new, approved affiliates are eligible for referral commissions.
The program owner reserves the right to adjust or withhold referral commissions in case of fraud or abuse.

10. Social Media / Video Content Commission

Eligibility:
Affiliates may earn an additional commission bonus for creating approved social media video content promoting the program, courses, or Dubai real estate.

How It Works:

For each approved video, the affiliate earns +5% commission on all course sales for one calendar month.
Videos must be original, professional, and comply with content guidelines provided by the program.
Approval is at the discretion of the program owner, who may request edits if content does not meet standards.

Conditions:

Only approved videos qualify for the commission bonus.
The bonus is temporary, lasting for one calendar month from the approval date.
Affiliates must comply with all legal and platform rules when posting content.
The program owner reserves the right to adjust or revoke bonuses for videos that violate guidelines or appear fraudulent.
